This time, the Hashgard Foundation is honored announced that Mr. Wu Kezhong, the founding partner and chairman of PreIPO Capital, has been invited to serve as a strategic consultant.

Mr. Wu Kezhong has been teaching at the School of Management of Shanghai Jiaotong University and assistant to the mayor of Nanyang City in Henan Province since 1987. Since 1992, he has been engaged in securities investment consulting and investment banking. Since 1995, he has specialized in venture capital and private equity investment in Wall Street, USA. . In 2002, he returned to China to establish advantageous capital. He once led the investment in EJ.NYSE, Peak Sports (0168.HK), NVC Lighting (2222.HK), Royal Bank Technology (002177), Digital Zhengtong (300075). ), Fuyao Glass (600660), Zhongyu Sanitary Ware (JY8.DE), Sanshu (603737), China Cord Blood Group (CO.NYSE), Yongle Home Appliances (0503.HK), high-altitude wind energy, etc. Financial services, media, telecommunications, sales networks, consumer upgrades, new materials and other types of businesses.

Mr. Wu Kezhong has long been committed to the innovation of financial investment and financial services: In 2002, the PreIPO investment fund was established to focus on the pre-market PE equity investment; in 2004, more than 50 US hedge funds were funded to set up and promote the SPAC for Chinese companies. Fund; in 2006, promoted the cooperation between advantageous capital and local governments, systematically explored and cultivated the “Quanzhou Model” of listed companies, and promoted the listing of a large number of enterprises in Quanzhou; in 2009, it began to promote the cooperation between the advantageous capital and the head office of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China to establish three equity investments. Mr. Wu Kezhong received a double degree in Engineering and Technology Economics from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and later obtained an MBA from Univ. of Southwestern LA. Since 2010, he has been in Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University, etc. The university is an EMBA guest tutor and has been employed as an economic advisor to several local governments and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
