Dear Hashgardians:

The announcement of listing on Gate.io and Bibox has attracted much attention among the community. The information disclosed has also included sections like 1 ETH = 1,250,000 GARD as the private sale price. The Hashgard Foundation would like to affirm the community that this price is true for strategic investments.

This price, however, was extended only to strategic investment from the most outstanding blockchain institutions and venture capitals around the globe. The price was uniform to all 80+ investment institutions, with no bonus or discounts. Each institution offers important resources that could help Hashgard achieve its revolutionary vision. Any allocations granted was not a simple sale of any form, but an establishment of a mutually constructive partnership that could help all parties develop for the better. The Hashgard project would not have the success it is currently achieving without such partnerships, whether in community size nor in product quality. Hashgard does not have any other ICO nor private/public sales.

Since the strategic investment is strictly selective and in limited quantity, we do not recommend using it as a guideline to predict or determine the future value of GARD tokens.
